Shipping and Return Policy

No Nonsense Limited Warranty

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, return them in new condition for a refund, credit, or exchange; the refund, credit or exchange will be based on the invoice, less shipping costs and credit card processing fees, which range from 3% to as much as 4.5% depending on card and the country destination. Refunds, credits or exchanges will not be available after 30 days from the original ship date, without Rocky Point Cycle authorization. Parts or kits that have been installed may be considered for refunds, credits or exchanges, but will be subject to fees, please call us to discuss, we're reasonable, haven't made all the mistakes yet and want to help you resolve your issues quickly. If the error is ours we will refund all your costs and reimburse you for shipping the parts back to us.

About Ordering and Shipping

To place your order, simply follow the instructions in the shopping cart to complete your billing and shipping information.

We will add actual shipping charges to your order, we do not add any packaging or handling charges.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; items can be sent via UPS, at your request; large items such as header pipes and mufflers will be sent via UPS, so please provide a street address. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States will be shipped via Insured USPS International Priority Mail, and actual postage costs will be added. All international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Rocky Point Cycle is not responsible for any brokerage, duties, clearance fees, added value taxes, and/or other fees incurred due to your location or governmental regulations.
